It was an hectic week at work once again but I survived 😉 I think this craziness won’t be over until Thanksgiving! 👿

Morning breakfast time! She finished her meal (5 oz. breast milk + 1/2 banana + 1 egg you + baby oatmeal), a hearty meal indeed.
I had this combo for breakfast this week and love it. 1/3 c. oat bran + 1/3 c. pumpkin + 1/3 c. almond milk + 1/3 c. water + 1/4 c. egg white topped with laughing cow and tomato basil sauce. Yummy and filling, perfect for days that I don’t know what time would be my next meal. 🙂
I survived with 4-6 hrs of sleep most nights and took mom for a work lunch on Friday.

I declare delicata squash my second favorite squash (first will always be kabocha)!
Sunday on our way back from Costco, someone fell asleep in the car. When we arrived home, she was still asleep so I waited in the car for 45 min until she woke up. 😯 Moms out there, you know how precious is nap time! 🙂
