- 150 g butter (room temperature)
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- Beat the butter with powdered sugar with an electrical mixer for 5 min until it turns white
- Add milk and continue to beat for 1 min.
- Add flour (shifted)
- Bake at 375F for 15 min in a greased pan.
Note: the batter is very sticky. I use a spoon to form a small ball in the baking pan.Leave them 2 inches apart.
