  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  1. Beat the butter with powdered sugar with an electrical mixer for 5 min until it turns white
  2. Add milk and continue to beat for 1 min.
  3. Add flour (shifted)
  4. Bake at 375F for 15 min in a greased pan.

Note: the batter is very sticky. I use a spoon to form a small ball in the baking pan.Leave them 2 inches apart.

  1. What a simple but great recipe! They kind of look like and remind me of Danish cookies~are they similar in taste and texture?

  2. These look SO good, Coco! Thanks for sharing your mom’s favorite recipe with us! Are these cookies Argentinian or Chinese? Or maybe neither? 🙂

    Hope you’re having a great weekend! ❤
