Recipe: condensed milk bread

金像面包粉300 克,鹰麦炼奶78克,鲜奶190克(或清水175克加奶粉15克)

盐3/4小匙,酵母1又1/4小匙

黄油24克,砂糖24克

  • 180 g water
  • 80 g condensed milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 25 g sugar
  • 25 g butter softened
  • 1.25 tsp yeast

Add all the ingredients into the bread machine, choose the dough cycle.

Take it out, extend the dough and roll it up again. Let it rest in the baking pan in a warm place for 30 min. Bake at 350F for 25 min.
