黄油60克、低粉80克、炼乳80克、鸡蛋6个、砂糖100克
- 60 g butter melted
- 80 g condensed milk
- 6 eggs
- 120 g sugar
- 80 g flour
1. Mix butter with condensed milk
2. Add butter and mix well
3. Add 1 whole egg and 5 egg yolks in three times, mix well
4. Beat sugar with 5 egg whites until firm
5. Add the egg white to the milk/flour batter in 3-4 times.
6. Prepare the baking pan with parchment paper, butter and flour.
7. Pour the batter and bake at 350F for 30 min until the stick comes out clean.

Ohhhh I’m so making this–the process seems like it needs to be very precise but it’s so simple and cheap to make! woowhooo. I really want a slice RIGHT NOW. And it’s….pretty late, haha. And I bet you can even add stuff like green tea, etc. huh? Would you say that could work?
