for the dough I used the bread machine and this mix:

  • 1 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp yeast

Choose the dough cycle. Once it’s done, separate de dough into 21 small balls

  1. Delicious! I’ve never tried a Chinese bun like that…

  2. Oh my gosh! That dough! I just want to mash it in my face!

  3. YUM! I’ve never had a bun before, but I’m sure I would like one with ANYTHING inside! I especially love sausage, so I think I would have veggies and sausage in mine. Is that allowed?! They are so pretty!
