I’m back at home and I needed to catch up with sleep, that’s the reason of being MIA yesterday! I don’t know what’s going on with me, but I’ve been needing more sleep than before. Yesterday afternoon I slept 4 hours nap and woke up TOTALLY confused, I didn’t know where I was, what time it was and what I was doing there. 😯 I guess I’m GETTING OLD! 😦
Anyway, let me do the last recap of Foodbuzz Festival , the only formal meal of the weekend, which was AMAZING despite had to be in a freezer (literally) the entire night because it was in a WAREHOUSE.

appetizer was korean pickles
first course: korean style soup with seaweed and mushrooms
second course: warm salad with veggies, udon noodles and calamari
third course: garlic + curry crusted salmon
fourth course: mushroom risotto
fifth course: sauteed Brussels sprouts, the best of the night! I had 3 servings! 😀
sixth course: beef & oxtail with assorted veggies
dessert: rice pudding with local pears
Except the dessert, I LOVE every course of this meal! I haven’t had such a fabulous meal since I came back from Argentina! Thank Foodbuzz for giving us such a wonderful weekend, we, as foodie, can’t ask for more! 😀
Now, time to catch up with work and Star, yeah~ he’s back and will stay until Saturday!!! 😀 I guess my blast weekend will be extended! 😉
