Quick stir-fry pasta


  • 1 c. broccoli slaw
  • 1 c. spinach
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 medium sweet onion
  • 1/2 sliced sweet pepper
  • 2 oz. cooked WW penne
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Sautee first the onion with red peppers until tender (2-3 min), add the rest of veggies and cook for 2 min, add soy sauce, honey and the pasta. Stir well and cook for 2 min more and end up adding the sesame oil.
