- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup egg white
- 1/3 cup almond breeze
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 tbsp flax meal
bake for 25-30 min at 350F. End result? a very moisturized bread
