milanesa de soja (soy bean cake)


To make 4 cakes

  • 6 oz. cooked soy bean
  • 2 oz. oat bran
  • 2 oz. tapioca flour
  • 2 oz. cornstarch
  • 1/3 medium onion
  • 1 egg
  • S+P
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Grind soy bean with egg and onions, then add the rest of ingredients. Form cakes and bake for 20 min (flip it once in between).

You can top it with sauce and mozzarella and bake for 5 min more.
