I’ve been posting a lot about food since I arrived Buenos Aires almost two weeks ago. You might wonder what about workouts? Do I do anything to digest all those yummy food? How did I developed the lion hunger? Well……let me introduce you few fun workouts that I’ve been doing.
The first one is called Fight-Do from Radical Fitness group. It combines martial arts and boxing to produce a powerful and exhilarating workout. The ultimate workout for weight-loss, adrenaline and pure excitement! I happily enjoy it twice a week.
Another crazy fun new workout is called Jump-Fit. I couldn’t find any description online. I hope you get an idea between my poor explanation and the video you get an idea what it is. Basically you jump in a personal trampoline, the instructor put some cool music, simple choreography and JUMPPPPPP!!! oh… man, I felt my heart was coming out just 10 min after jumping around!!! So much fun!
I bet it’s a good cardio workout for whoever want some weight lose. I only did it once because I almost died and felt famished afterwards.
Finally, the classic training program called Entrenamix which is similar to cross training. Women in that class are super fit and muscular. The class runs three time a week and the instructor changes workouts to make it a complete set for someone who wants some serious training. I don’t need to build muscles, so I only go twice a week. One MUST-do in every class is Squats, hundreds of squats. guess why? Because Argentinian girls and guys like nice butts!
Question 1: Which is your MUST-do workout?
Question 2: Which part of your body do you focus on?
Question 3: Any new fun workout lately?

oh my! Fight Do looks like so much fun!
Question 1: Body Attack!
Question 2: Whole thing baby
Question 3: Body Combat and Body Flow (love Les Mills
)
1. yoga
2. hm, i don’t know. none actually!
3. i found a fun “bootcamp” workout OnDemand (30 minutes) that is killer
Haha, I don’t do work-outs yet, except just run about or walk around…
but if tht helps me with my appetite, I’m all for it!
So cool that you found workouts to do while in Argentina! I love doing squats–didn’t used to but they make me feel strong!
Those look like fun workouts!! I’d love to get a trampaline and start using it for my workout, or even a lap pool
I also like to dance for a workout, so maybe I could go find a dance class somewhere! Currently I’m into speed walking, rather than running or using the elliptical. I like to focus on my “core”.
Oh, wow….those workouts look like fun! I’d love to try that first one!
Anything that includes cardio is a must do for me. Although I don’t pay attention to one particular area, I should be focusing on my arms!
I tried a bootcamp class last weekend and loved it!
Your workouts look awesome!
My favorites are running, biking and strength. Compared to you I seem pretty boring!
the jump fit thing sounds really fun! it totally reminded me of the old aerobic videos my mom would do hahah.. they would be on like public TV channels when i was little. except all the ladies wore super rad leg warmers and stuff!
1. weight training is a must in my life
2. i alternate body parts but my favorite thing to work is hamstrings!
3. hmmm i have been running stadium bleachers lately and that is fun!

Jump Fit looks really fun! When I workout, I usually run or ellipticize. I guess I’m not really focusing on one part of my body, but I try to do some lifting to avoid the arm flab.
Jump Fit sounds a lot like what we call urban rebounding. I love teaching BOSU class, it has a similar bounciness to it and its such a fun class.
