Fusion of noodles


It’s a plate of 3 kinds of noodles, one with pesto, one with hummus and the other one with Chinese style pork
ingredients:
for pesto:
– 1 big handful of fresh basil leaves
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 tbsp of Parmesan
– 2 tbsp of olive oil
– S+P
blend everything until smooth

for hummus:
– 1/3 cup of chickpeas
– 1 tbsp tahini paste
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– S+P
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp cumin
blend everything until smooth

for the Chinese style pork
– 1 pieces of pork (any kind)
– 2 tbsp cooking wine
– 3 tbsp sauce soy
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 small piece of fresh ginger
– 1/4 cup water
put everything in a pot and cook on low for 30 min.

Cook the noodle, separate it in 3 portions and mix with the sauce.
